With a strong focus on automation, continuous improvement, and production reliability, they pride themselves on maintaining high standards across every stage of their manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair automated production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.Diagnose issues involving PLCs, low-voltage control systems, pneumatics, motor systems, and encoders.Perform basic PLC programming, I/O configuration, and system adjustments as needed to support production operations.Work with pneumatic systems, including valve functionality and air-driven automation components.Inspect, test, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues effectively.Clearly communicate troubleshooting steps, root cause findings, and repair solutions to team members and supervisors.Assist with preventive maintenance activities and continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability.Accurately document repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment performance data.Follow all company safety procedures and maintain compliance with operational and manufacturing standards.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or related education preferred.Mid-level experience in automated manufacturing or industrial maintenance environments required.
