Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic, comprehensive care
• Guide Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their families on therapy methods to ensure continuous improvement at home
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed, keeping clients on their journey toward recovery

Educational Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
