Job Description

• Collaborate within a Multi-Disciplinary Team: Work together with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate Clients and Their Families: Train patients and caregivers in therapy strategies to enable continued progress outside the clinical setting.
• Document and Monitor Progress: Keep detailed records of clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans to ensure optimal patient journeys.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) .
• NBCOT certification is mandatory.
