Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist for Orthopedic Rehabilitation Center

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly dedicated and skilled full-time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Pardise Mind Physical Therapy & Wellness Center, located in Sacramento, California. This position is integral to enhancing the mobility and quality of life for our patients as they embark on their rehabilitation journeys. As a Physical Therapist, you will utilize your expertise in promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation to deliver personalized care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Pardise Mind Physical Therapy & Wellness Center specializes in orthopedic outpatient care and prides itself on its commitment to exceptional patient service. Our state-of-the-art facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with the latest technologies in sports medicine. We serve a diverse clientele, primarily covered by private medical insurance, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care. Our team consists of experienced professionals, including two physical therapists and one Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), all working collaboratively to foster a supportive and healing environment.

Work Environment

This full-time position operates on-site within our modern rehabilitation center in Sacramento. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured routine that facilitates patient care and professional development. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Pardise Mind, you will be expected to:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' needs and establish individualized treatment goals.
• Manage your patient load effectively, seeing approximately one patient per hour while providing high-quality care.
• Implement evidence-based treatment plans using a variety of modalities and therapeutic techniques.
• Develop comprehensive care programs tailored to each patient's specific rehabilitation needs.
• Document patient progress in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Motivate and educate patients on their recovery process to enhance their physical capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to develop a holistic approach to patient care.
• Regularly assess and modify treatment protocols based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle by encouraging strength, flexibility, and overall wellness in clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, and surgeries. We are dedicated to helping our clients regain their functional abilities and improve their quality of life through targeted physical therapy interventions. Our focus is on delivering patient-centered care that emphasizes both rehabilitation and preventative measures to minimize future injuries.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current certification and licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Must have a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrated experience in orthopedic rehabilitation settings is essential.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of and skill in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic therapy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with sports medicine and injury prevention practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
