What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily lab operations, such as phlebotomy, inventory tracking, supply ordering, and follow-up on lab discrepancies.
• Assist with immigration physicals by verifying and administering immunizations, supporting the provider during the exam, and preparing required documentation.
• Provide direct patient care through comprehensive assessments, medication administration, patient education and more under the general supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Collaborate with Providers, RNs and Care Coordinators to provide an efficient and effective patient experience.
• Effectively prioritize urgent needs in real time while demonstrating the flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team

Qualifications:

• Required: Active California LVN license AHA BLS Certification At least 1+ years of LVN experience in a primary care or outpatient setting Strong communication and clinical documentation skills Phlebotomy experience Quality improvement and inventory management
• Preferred: 3+ years LVN experience in an outpatient, primary care setting Laboratory experience Population Heath Electronic Medical Record experience Epic
