SVP Clinical Development & Global Program Lead, Pancreatic Cancer

Senior Vice President leading clinical development for pancreatic and colorectal cancer programs at a precision oncology company. Reports to Chief Medical Officer and provides medical oversight of drug development strategy, trial design, regulatory filings, and cross-portfolio clinical decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical direction and strategy for pancreatic and colorectal cancer development programs
- Lead clinical development subteams and oversee study integrity across all GI cancer trials
- Design novel and efficient clinical trials with appropriate efficacy and safety endpoints
- Author clinical sections for regulatory filings including INDs, NDAs, and health authority submissions
- Review and communicate safety and efficacy data to guide clinical decision-making
Requirements
- MD or DO with extensive oncology clinical development experience
- Demonstrated leadership in designing and executing registrational clinical trials
- Strong knowledge of GI cancer biology and treatment landscape
- Experience with regulatory interactions and NDA/IND submissions
- Track record managing cross-functional clinical development teams
