Job Title Private Practice Breast Imaging Radiologist – New Lenox, Illinois Overview Central Illinois Radiological Associates (CIRA) is seeking a dedicated onsite breast imaging radiologist to join our growing team. The position is based at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, Illinois. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of breast cancer providers – breast surgery, medical oncology, radiation oncology and other specialty areas – to provide individualized care. Schedule & Working Conditions Monday – Friday onsite with a rotating weekend schedule for reading breast imaging studies from home. No general radiology call responsibilities. Responsibilities Interpret screening and diagnostic mammograms. Perform and interpret breast ultrasound, breast MRI and ABUS. Participate in ultrasound and MRI guided breast procedures. Optionally contribute to additional diagnostic imaging responsibilities as per candidate’s experience and interests. Collaborate with the CIRA footprint to seek additional breast imaging services as needed. Qualifications Board‑certified radiologist with breast imaging experience. Proficiency with Hologic imaging equipment and reading on Mammo Plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate relationships with hospital partners, clinicians, employees, and patients. Benefits Lucrative salary and benefit package.
