If youre ready to advance your career in retail management, wed love to hear from you!/ppThe Starbucks Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations and overall profitability of the Starbucks Kiosk./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliGreet customers promptly and provide helpful, accurate information on products and promotions./liliEnsure kiosk operations and baristas comply with Ingles and Starbucks policies./liliTrain and coach baristas, including AST-certified associates, to deliver consistently high-quality beverages./liliPrepare weekly schedules, orders, and reports; maintain accurate inventory and billing records./liliImplement new Starbucks promotions and procedures, monitor compliance with beverage standards./liliRespond to voicemails, emails, recalls, and stop-sell notices promptly./liliDelegate tasks effectively and oversee monthly inventory and department organization./liliOperate the cash register and answer phones as needed, following company guidelines./liliMaintain certifications and communicate opportunities, concerns, and achievements to management./liliHandle damaged products per policy and ensure a safe, clean environment for customers and associates./liliAdhere to scheduled hours, store rules, and all health and safety regulations./liliPerform additional duties as assigned./li/ulpExceptional customer service skills. Previous retail supervisory experience is preferred. Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs especially during times of high volume and/or stress. Must be able to read and do simple math problems.
