Director, Commercial Project Management

Revolution Medicines

Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of Commercial Project Management to lead cross-functional commercialization initiatives within an assigned disease area. This remote role will drive project execution, alignment, and governance across global commercial, medical, market access, and regional teams during a period of significant company growth.

Responsibilities

Lead project management support for Global Commercialization and Commercial teams within assigned disease area
Drive execution of global commercial initiatives, managing milestones, risks, and key decisions
Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and regional stakeholders into integrated plans
Develop project plans, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide visibility and accountability
Support launch readiness and commercialization initiatives; contribute to PM capability building

Requirements

Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional project management in commercial or pharma settings
Strong ability to influence and collaborate across multiple organizational functions and levels
Expertise in developing project plans, governance processes, and reporting dashboards
Experience managing risks, dependencies, and escalation in matrix environments
Track record of driving execution discipline and accountability in fast-paced settings
