Job Description Residential Service Plumber The Role As a residential service plumber, you will diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for homeowners across Brevard County. You will represent Climate Experts with professionalism, delivering a 5‑star experience on every call while the office team takes care of dispatch and customer service. What You Will Own Diagnose and repair all aspects of residential plumbing systems Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, fixtures, and appliances Repair or replace plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, and water heaters Measure, cut, thread, bend, ream, and install pipe and fittings Test pipe systems for leaks and address clogged drains Communicate findings and repair options clearly to customers Meet key performance indicators for conversion rate, average sale, efficiency, and total sales Complete appointments on time and to company quality standards Follow all safety policies and procedures What We Offer Lead plumber compensation $80,000–$150,000+ per year (high hourly wage + uncapped commission) No on‑call.
