Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid SLPA license or certification
• Prior experience working with children or within a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans and directions from supervising SLPs
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for supporting students’ educational journeys

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under supervision of an SLP
• Assist in preparing therapy materials and implementing lesson plans
• Record and document student progress in accordance with school and professional guidelines
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with educational staff regarding student progress and program modifications
• Support generalization of communication skills in classrooms and small groups
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school policies and ethical standards
