We're hiring Modular Trailer Builders to join our fast-paced production team. In this role, you'll help build high-quality modular trailers from the ground up. Every day brings hands-on work, teamwork, and the opportunity to develop valuable construction and manufacturing skills.

Whether you have construction experience or are simply comfortable using hand and power tools, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Build and assemble modular trailers from start to finish

• Perform repetitive installation and assembly tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

• Follow production schedules and quality standards

• Work independently once trained while supporting team goals

• Maintain a safe and organized work area

• Experience in construction, production, manufacturing, assembly, or a related hands-on environment

• Ability to use basic hand and power tools

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently after training

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification or other safety training

• Previous construction, carpentry, mechanical assembly, or trailer-building experience

Work Environment

You'll work in a large construction yard and warehouse facility where trailers are built and assembled. Work is performed both:

• Inside covered warehouse bays

• Outside in the yard when needed

During rainy or colder weather, warehouse doors remain closed for protection. During warmer months, doors are open, creating an outdoor-style working environment.

⏰ Schedule

Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Overtime may be available based on production needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
