Social Worker-Patient Care Manager (PCM) – Adolescent Unit (Full-Time) Aurora Behavioral Health System – East Campus 6350 S. Maple Ave Tempe AZ 85283 Position Overview We are seeking a licensed or license-eligible Social Worker/Therapist to join our Adolescent Unit as a Patient Care Manager (PCM) at our East facility. This full‑time position works primarily with adolescents in an inpatient psychiatric setting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is passionate about working with youth, and values teamwork and quality patient care. Schedule Full-time Tuesday – Saturday

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
