Onsite Driver Onboarding & Compliance Specialist
Roadrunner
Roadrunner is seeking a Driver Processing & Onboarding Specialist to ensure accurate, timely onboarding of new drivers. You will manage post-offer processing, verify compliance docs, and keep driver records up to date in the ATS/CRM. Collaborating with Safety, Orientation, Fleet, and Recruiting, you will remove bottlenecks, communicate clearly with candidates, and support early-tenure checks to reduce turnover.
