Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Havre de Grace, MD, for a Supply Chain Operations Manager. The Supply Chain Operations Manager is hands‑on Supply Chain/Operations leadership position responsible for overseeing purchasing, logistics, warehouse operations, pre‑scale, maintenance, and cleaning staff. It combines strategic planning (forecasting, cost control, supplier management) with day‑to‑day operational involvement. Education & Experience High School Diploma & a minimum of 3 years previous experience in related field, or Associate or Bachelors in a related field, or A combination of education & experience Physical Demands Required to bend, twist, reach, walk and stoop or crouch Must be able to lift 50lbs. Oversee purchasing, logistics, pre‑scale, warehouse operations, and cleaning staff Provide hands‑on support across supply chain operations, including shipping/receiving and maintenance Collaborate with department heads to proactively prevent operational issues Manage demand forecasting and inventory control Lead supplier negotiation and identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and maintenance Improve logistics efficiency and evaluate cost‑effective processes Oversee pre‑scale operations to ensure accuracy and meet production targets Manage inventory counts, slow‑moving stock, and lot code accuracy Enforce and improve policies and procedures Ensure shipping and receiving accuracy and warehouse efficiency Drive cost containment initiatives across operations Support hiring, discipline, and overall team management #J-18808-Ljbffr Thymly Products
