Our client in Middlefield, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator / Print & Labeling Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting printed products, packaging finished goods, labeling shipments, and supporting production operations while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

This position works in a warm manufacturing environment and requires standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is dependable, quality-focused, and able to keep pace with production demands.

• Inspect finished products coming off the Dry Offset printer for quality defects.
• Identify and remove defective products, including items with ink splatter, smudges, faded print, or other imperfections.
• Package quality products according to packing specifications.
• Read and follow packing sheets to determine product quantities and packaging requirements.
• Assemble boxes and stack finished products onto pallets.
• Label boxes and pallets for shipment preparation.
• Operate a manual pallet jack to move finished product.
• Transport completed pallets to designated staging areas.
• Perform minor machine adjustments, such as adding ink and adjusting machine components.
• Troubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, packaging, or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to identify defects and maintain quality standards.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and movement throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to work in a warm manufacturing environment.
• Ability to maintain a steady work pace to support production needs.
