Physical Therapist - School Setting in Aurora, IL

Step into a rewarding contract position providing Physical Therapy services in a supportive, school-based environment near Aurora, IL. With a schedule of just two days per week (15 hours per week), you'll work onsite as part of a dedicated team, serving resource and self-contained students across various grade levels.


Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for supporting students with diverse physical needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to students, supporting their educational and developmental goals
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Contribute to team meetings, roundtable discussions, and annual performance reviews
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
