State Licensed Clinical Analyst

A company is looking for a Patient Support Clinical Analyst. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate the performance of clinical team members using quality scorecards Analyze clinical calls and video conferences to identify trends and improve patient experience Prepare internal quality reports and participate in training and calibration sessions Required Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with an active nursing license Minimum of 2 years of QA/QC or clinical safety experience Recommended 2-3 years of experience in reimbursement/insurance or healthcare billing Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of medication guidelines and regulations Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and cooperatively
