Recruiting Coordinator We are seeking an organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and interviewers throughout the hiring process. This person will manage interview scheduling and enhance candidate experience through effective communication. This role also includes providing administrative support for various recruiting events and projects. Responsibilities Interview Scheduling: Manage and coordinate onsite interview schedules across multiple calendars. Candidate Experience: Conduct prep calls prior to interviews to ensure candidates are informed and prepared. Candidate Experience: Greet candidates onsite and provide a welcoming experience. Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have all necessary details about interviewers and logistics. Administrative Support: Assist with booking venues, catering, and other logistics for recruiting events. Administrative Support: Support recruiting projects and coordination tasks as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in managing schedules and providing administrative support. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Polished communication skills. Work Environment This position is located in Louisville, CO. This is an aerospace & defense company. Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, CO.
