Our Recruiting Coordinator is accountable for: Assist with high-traffic walk-in candidates, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Review candidate details and profiles in the Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn) for accuracy and completeness. Answer incoming phone calls and address candidate inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate with recruiters to facilitate the processing and engagement of walk-in candidates. Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team as needed. Maintain organized records and update candidate information in Bullhorn as required. May help with candidate screening and front-desk type support while learning the role. May assist with coordinating and scheduling interviews accurately and efficiently, supporting a high volume of candidates across multiple roles and stakeholders Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences: Minimum of 1 year of administrative or coordination experience in a business environment Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with candidates Proficiency in using technology (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process compliance Comfort working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools preferred Location: Louisville, KY Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm Base pay range for this position is $21.45 — $25 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
