Project Manager (OSP engineering VBuild, BDMS/MMS, OSP-VWS)

Location: Manhattan, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

We are seeking a Telecommunications Professional with 2–3+ years of experience supporting fiber network deployments and Outside Plant (OSP) Engineering activities. This role will support the end-to-end engineering process for in-building fiber delivery, including site surveys, engineering work orders, project tracking, vendor coordination, and field operations support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review service orders and engineering records for fiber circuit delivery.
• Coordinate and conduct site surveys with customers and building personnel.
• Manage project milestones, deliverables, and vendor activities.
• Create and support engineering work orders and construction documentation.
• Review fiber facility records, conduit records, and network inventory.
• Support field operations during construction and implementation.
• Maintain engineering databases and project tracking systems.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of telecommunications, fiber engineering, or OSP engineering experience.
• Understanding of fiber networks, FTTX, and circuit delivery processes.
• Strong project management and vendor management skills.
• Experience with engineering work orders, site surveys, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of engineering systems such as VBuild, BDMS/MMS, OSP-VWS, or similar telecom engineering platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
