IT Program Manager | On-site role | USC Only. North Chicago, IL. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to manage complex, multi-team technology programs involving Azure, middleware, cloud, and microservices. The ideal candidate should have strong program management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Manage complex technology programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders. Lead program planning, execution, tracking, and delivery. Coordinate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reporting. Oversee programs involving Azure cloud and middleware technologies. Work closely with technical teams on cloud, integration, and microservices initiatives. Prepare clear documentation, program reports, presentations, and executive-ready materials. Ensure effective communication and alignment across cross-functional teams. Required Skills: Experience with middleware technologies and enterprise integration projects. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple teams, priorities, and deliverables. Must be available to work onsite in Chicago, IL. Preferred Qualifications: Pharma / Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry experience is highly preferred. Experience delivering cloud and microservices projects.
