Why Join Us We're looking for enthusiastic and driven Account Executives to join our Inside Sales team who are ready to excel in a fast-paced, energetic call center environment. This is a high-ticket telesales role , with an average sale value of $3,500 . You'll be guiding clients through premium scenting solutions and closing luxury-level deals that reflect the sophistication of the Aroma360 brand. What You'll Do Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, introducing clients to our premium scenting solutions and fragrance collections. Build genuine connections with customers while confidently closing 36-month product and service agreements. Manage your pipeline efficiently through Salesforce CRM, staying organized and on top of every follow-up. Deliver engaging sales conversations that bring the Hotel Collection experience to life. Exceed performance goals through persistence, product knowledge, and great communication. What We're Looking For Motivated professionals with the drive to succeed in a Base + Commissions telesales environment. 3–5 years of proven success in inside sales, telemarketing, or call center roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident, persuasive, and customer-focused. A passion for luxury products and an appreciation for how scent can elevate everyday spaces. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $55,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE: $90,000–$120,000+) Top performers enjoy unlimited earning potential. Comprehensive health insurance and 401(k) plan.
