Responsibilities include:

· Answering phones and scheduling appointments

· Greeting customers and assisting with inquiries

· Handling paperwork, filing, and data entry

· Assisting with invoicing and payments

· Supporting the shop team with daily administrative needs

Qualifications:

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Strong computer knowledge (email, Word/Excel)

· Friendly and professional demeanor

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Willingness to learn and retain new information
