Entry-Level Administrative Assistant – Elgin, IL
$18/hour - $20/hour – Plus full health benefits

Our products can be found in schools, classrooms, and educational facilities nationwide and include items such as classroom furniture, whiteboards, bulletin boards, storage solutions, presentation products, and other educational materials and supplies used by teachers and students every day.

About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide day-to-day support to the office and help keep information, paperwork, schedules, and general administrative tasks organized. You’ll work with different departments, learn how the business operates, and take on additional responsibilities as you become more comfortable in the role.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide general administrative support to the office as well as act as the first point of contact for customers and visitors
• Enter and maintain information accurately in company databases and systems
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and records
• Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and other office logistics
• Help route questions and requests to the appropriate department
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other basic office documents
• Help with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
• Communicate with internal teams to gather information and keep tasks moving

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma
• Previous office/administrative experience is preferred but not required
• Experience in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize throughout the day
• Someone who is eager to learn
