Washington Blvd.) Pay: Up to $45/hour Duration: Contract through 06/21/2027 Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 Hours/Week Job Overview: The Worldwide iCloud Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support global marketing initiatives and subscription growth. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product marketing, creative, analytics, engineering, PR, retail, media, and partner marketing to execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention. Responsibilities: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and programs. Develop marketing briefs, campaign documentation, recaps, and project updates. Manage marketing calendars, timelines, creative scoping, asset libraries, and key deliverables. Coordinate campaign approvals, milestones, and stakeholder communications. Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify actionable insights. Facilitate meetings, document action items, and drive project follow-through. Support consumer-facing marketing activations, promotional initiatives, and partner marketing opportunities. Partner with Analytics teams to measure campaign performance and reporting. Help improve processes, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 4–6 years of marketing coordination, campaign execution, project management, or related marketing experience. Strong project management and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders from planning through execution. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting subscription services, consumer technology products, digital services, or direct-to-consumer marketing. Familiarity with paid media, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, and partner marketing channels. Understanding of campaign measurement, reporting, and customer lifecycle marketing. Experience creating presentations in Keynote. Experience partnering with Analytics teams to drive reporting and insights. Strong collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. What Would Disqualify a Candidate? Less than 4 years of relevant marketing, campaign coordination, or project management experience. No Bachelor's degree. Little to no experience managing cross-functional projects. Limited project management, timeline management, or campaign execution experience. Poor communication or organizational skills.
