Primary responsibilities include development for the Financial System and ancillary products and include performing environment restores and promoting custom development between the development, test, and production environments.Qualifications3 to 5 years of experience using a legal ERP system, such as Aderant Expert or Elite 3E.Strong SQL coding skills and experience with financial management systems, particularly Aderant Expert.Experience with DocuDraft, Microsoft Visual Studio, and SQL.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.Exposure to Emburse Enterprise, Intapp Time, Intapp Intake & Conflicts, Billblast, and Versapay Cash Applications is helpful.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with various departments and team members.This position will require physical presence in Proskauer’s offices on a regular basis (at least 3x per week, or more, if it becomes the policy of the Firm or as business needs require). The anticipated compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.Proskauer is committed to providing a work environment that includes equal opportunity without regard to race, color, gender, age, creed, sex, religion, national origin, disability (physical or mental), marital status, citizenship, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression, or any other legally protected status.ResponsibilitiesSystem Analysis, Modifications and DevelopmentAnalyze information to recommend and plan modifications for the Aderant Expert system.Assess user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.Modify both classic and framework forms.Create custom SQL and HTML notifications.Update bill, remittance, and payment templates.Manage email subscriptions for recurring reports.SQL and Data Object DevelopmentDevelop SQL code bases using existing data objects from the Aderant Expert financial management system.Implement new custom data objects.Business Analysis and DevelopmentSupport the business analysis and development lifecycle.Collaborate with subject matter experts in various departments to define requirements.Financial Analytics and ModelsDevelop customized financial analytics and models.Create aggregated financial content and data objects for financial analysts and business power users.Integrated Data SolutionsWork with finance and IT team members to develop integrated data solutions to meet unique reporting needs.End User SupportServe as an escalation point for end users who need support in the Aderant system, including basic maintenance of the system.Provide end user support for Intapp Time, Intapp Intake & Conflicts, Emburse Enterprise and other systems Finance Systems team is responsible for.Support and Security ModelsAssist in the development of formalized support and security models for finance systems and reporting tools.Provide back-up support to the Senior Finance Systems Analyst as needed.Perform environment restores and promote custom development between the development, test, and production environments.Enterprise Projects and TrainingParticipate in enterprise projects involving Analysis Services, Reporting Services, and Excel-based data mining tools.Engage in training and development initiatives.Change Management and Process ImprovementStrictly adhere to the Firm’s change management and other operational policies.Provide support for all change management and process improvement within the Finance function.Document system changes and process improvements.
