This role partners closely with product, commercial and regional teams to bring customer-focused marketing strategies to life, helping drive awareness, engagement and business growth across Caterpillar's mining products, services and technology solutions.The successful candidate combines strong marketing fundamentals with a passion for understanding customer needs, market trends and business priorities. You'll work alongside product, technology and commercial teams to tell compelling stories, support innovative solutions and contribute to initiatives that help customers improve productivity, safety and performance around the world.What You Will Do:Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that support business objectives, product strategies and commercialization efforts.Partner with product groups, commercial teams and subject matter experts to identify opportunities and create marketing programs that drive customer engagement and business growth.Create compelling messaging and content that clearly communicates the value of Caterpillar products, services and technology solutions.Support product launches, customer campaigns, dealer communications, events and strategic marketing initiatives.Coordinate the development of marketing assets across digital, print, video and event channels.Conduct market and competitive research to identify customer insights, emerging trends and opportunities for differentiation.Monitor campaign performance and marketing effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.Manage project timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations while ensuring high-quality execution.Collaborate with internal partners and external agencies to deliver consistent, customer-focused marketing experiences.Champion Caterpillar's brand while helping customers understand how our solutions improve safety, productivity and operational performance.What Skills Will You Have:Customer Focus: Leverage customer insights and feedback to develop relevant marketing activities, communications, and solutions that deliver value and strengthen customer engagement.Collaborating: Build productive relationships and collaborate effectively across functions, geographies, and organizational levels to achieve shared business objectives.Creativity: Develop innovative marketing programs, campaigns, and solutions that engage customers while supporting business priorities and growth initiatives.Effective Communications: Communicate complex concepts clearly through compelling written and verbal messaging that effectively conveys customer and business value.Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners to support successful marketing initiatives.Strategic Thinking: Apply business acumen and market awareness to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and long-term growth.Vendor/Supplier Management: Partner with external agencies, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality deliverables, effective communication, and alignment with marketing goals.Promotion and Marketing Communications: Develop and execute integrated marketing communications across multiple channels while using data and performance metrics to optimize results and improve future initiatives.Top Candidates Will Have:Experience in marketing, communications, product marketing or related disciplines.Experience supporting industrial, mining, technology or B2B businesses.Experience developing integrated campaigns, customer-facing content and go-to-market initiatives.Familiarity with digital marketing, event marketing and marketing performance measurement.Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative, global environment.Additional Information:The primary work location for this role is in Tucson, AZ OR, Peoria, IL with a requirement to work on-site full-time at a Caterpillar facility.Up to 10-15% travel may be required.Domestic relocation assistance not available at this time.Sponsorship is not available.Posting Date: 08/25/2026 - 09/01/2026Summary Pay Range:$112,710.00 - $169,060.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
