Digital Marketing SpecialistThe Digital Marketing Specialist implements OSF HealthCare digital media strategy - developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and growing digital transactions. This individual will be accountable for digital campaign coordination, email marketing execution, social property management, paid media transactions and digital platform performance.Expected pay for this position is $29.01 - $34.13/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a salaried position.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's Degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, related fieldExperience:3 years of experience in digital media.Experience planning and creating social media content and use of content management systems, specifically in the web, SEO, social media, content, paid media spaces.Strong writing skills. Familiarity with social media management platforms (ex: HootSuite).Understanding of marketing automation tools.Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Balance of strategic vision and tactical execution.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Savvy communication skills with internal teams, clients and outside partners/vendors.Reliable, professional, assertive, extremely organized with keen attention to detail.Licensure/ Certification:DMI certification within 9 months of hire into the position Other skills/ knowledge: N/APreferred Qualifications:Education: N/A Experience:3 years of experience in healthcare digital media.Experience using digital analytics and reporting tools.
