We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recovery Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for towing, repossession and return of vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Pay is hourly plus incentives. Day and night shifts available. Responsibilities Tow vehicles as directed by management Repossess vehicles in accordance with state and federal laws Return vehicles to designated locations Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum of 3 years towing experience 1+ years Recovery/Repossession experience High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes) Ability to operate a tow truck and other related equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Life Insurance Medical / Dental Insurance Paid time off Paid training Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr Paramount Recovery Service
