Overview Our client in Newark, DE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team. This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position with great benefits. This position is looking for 5-10 years of beverage industry experience and is offering $80,000 - $130,000 per year based on experience. This is a great opportunity to join the oldest and most respected wine shop in America! Responsibilities Manage warehouse operations Oversee team of warehouse employees Oversee safety, maintenance, and training in facility Manage vendor relationships and maintain clear and timely communications Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders Work within multiple warehouse management systems and oversee the implementation of new systems Manage the budget for warehouse operations Implement new systems to increase efficiency and/or reduce costs Communicate with upper management Qualifications 10 years of warehouse management experience is required 5-10 years of experience in the Wine industry is highly preferred Highly proficient in warehouse operations and with WMS #J-18808-Ljbffr J & J Staffing Resources
