Computer Support Specialist

Role Overview Support end user hardware, asset and configuration management, and secure communications systems at NMIC (Suitland, MD). Maintain reliable IT infrastructure while providing technical support to mission critical operations. What You Will Do Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, perform network switch patching, ensure security patches are current, and troubleshoot technical issues.
