Join us and help people live healthier lives while doing your life's best work.(sm)Primary Responsibilities:Reports to and supports Sr. VPBusiness integration and collaborationDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with new merger and acquisition entitiesDrive risk assessment and risk mitigation with new merger and acquisition entitiesDevelop and drive action plans for risk mitigation, while working closely with partners to support the boot on the ground initiativesDevelop and manage relationships with support personnel, project leads, and M&A employees on new integration projectsManage Program performance and implement strategyCulture AmbassadorProvide standard performance reports (e.g., scorecards) to update relevant internal and/or external stakeholders on the status of work projectsCreate/Maintain standard operating procedures and workflows to support production and spend managementProvide guidance, expertise, and/or assistance to internal and/or external partners (e.g., claims; call center; benefits; clinical) to ensure programs and strategies are implemented and maintained effectivelyDevelop corrective action plans to address and/or resolve relevant internal and /or external stakeholders' concerns or issues regarding operational issuesEnsure Compliance with Relevant Processes, Procedures, and Regulations Perform all other related duties as assignedCollaboration with IT Support, Patient Experience, Sourcing and Procurement, PAD, ACE, People team and other internal partnersOversight of Acquisition training teamCoordinate onboarding w/HRAssess the training and organizational development needsOversees the development of training programs and classroom materialsReport integration progress and generate integration related reportsIntro to Optum policies (dress code, PTO usage, Sparq, payroll)Measuring and tracking pre and post training performanceProvide constructive feedback to trainees on regular basis.Provide feedback to management on individual and group training resultsDevelop and update job aides and team tools as appropriateMaintain expertise as needed in functional areas supportedLeads Team of trainers with various skillsets and tenure, providing feedback and developmentCoordinates and manages trainer schedules and activities such as classroom alignments, PTO, and various administrative tasksParticipate in continuously innovating Training StrategyCreate workflows and performs auditsYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:3+ years of leadership experience3+ years of experience leading meetings, presenting, and driving decisions2+ years of experience in business analysis or data analysis2+ years of experience in process/workflow documentation and ability to evaluate business processes and identity opportunities for improvement1+ years of experience with network management, acquisitions or integrationIntermediate level or greater of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Must reside in the state of ArizonaFull COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role.
