Role Description: The Director role is a full-time, on-site position located remotely. The Director will oversee daily operations, ensuring that programs and services are delivered effectively, safely, and in alignment with the organization’s mission and strategic goals. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring staff, performance management, and monitoring key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. The role will oversee two Illinois hospital-based cancer programs. The Director will maintain compliance with relevant regulations and policies and foster relationships with the client partners. The Director will also collaborate with senior leadership on organizational planning, resource allocation, and long-term growth initiatives while representing the organization in public and professional forums.

Qualifications: Must be ODS Certified, 4-5 years of experience. U.S. Citizen.

• Strong skills in oncology data and overseeing client team efforts for committee and accreditation purposes.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams, including performance management, coaching, and talent development.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the cancer registry industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working with clients and your staff.
• Knowledge of health-based software specific to: EMR's, Cancer Registry, State Cancer Registry, and Accreditation Software Programs. MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
