Senior Employment Litigation Of Counsel - Hybrid & Growth

The Chicago office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an employment litigation attorney to join our Employment Litigation team as Of Counsel. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 7+ years of employment litigation experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners. We are looking for the next team member to join our community, someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment, and is ready to handle cases from day one.

Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training, and similar activities. You will also have the opportunity to educate clients through learning programs geared to guide them through challenging moments with their business using unique technology platforms. Admission to the Illinois Bar and a JD from an ABA accredited law school is required.

The yearly salary range for this position is $200,000 - $240,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
