Through our specialized Innovation Centers, we continuously refine our methods, ensuring we remain industry leaders.We are Sparksoft!ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:Work as part of an agile development team performing test planning, test execution, and test reporting tasks for each sprintParticipate in requirements and design walkthroughs, collaborative internal and external test planning sessionsHands automation experience using any of the tools/frameworks like SoapUI/ReadyAPI, Postman, RestAssured, Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, Junit etc.Ability to demonstrate strong technical experience on understanding and resolving issuesDevelop Ready API projects for verifying the functionality of the web servicesExperience in implementing end-to-end automation and support automation assessmentsImplement automation frameworks and approachesIdentify and analyze suitable opportunities for test automationMaintain, streamline, standardize and implemented a CI/CD pipeline on AWS involving tools like JIRA, Jenkins and Ready APIConfigure CI for end-to-end automation for all build, unit, integration tests and deploymentDesign, configure, and test AWS infrastructure across various technical areasIntegrating AI frameworks into testing workflowsEvaluate requirements and develop scripts in the AWS cloud environmentAnalyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specification documents to develop test cases, test scenarios and expected resultsDevelop and maintain test scripts, test data and test summary reportsPerform peer review of test cases and test scenarios developed by members of the test teamAssist in analyzing and triaging the defects discovered during testing.Capture test evidence files and document test resultsReview work products and deliverablesREQUIRED EXPEREINCE: Overall 3-5 years of experience in Selenium, Playwright and API TestingKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and databases (Postgres, etc.)2-3 years of experience working within AWSMinimum 3+ years of experience in test automation frameworks such as Cucumber, TestNG, etc3 years of experience in Test Automation including planning, script development & maintenanceStrong Programming Skills in languages such as Java, JavaScriptExperience with the build and version control tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Git, etc.Integrating AI frameworks into testing workflows (preferred)Minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated Experience in API testing tools (ReadyAPI, Postman, RestAssured).Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.Ability to work within an Agile/Scrum environment.Ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlinesCandidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.Candidates must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years.PREFERRED EXPEREINCE: Experience with automating test execution in the containerized environments.Experience with the test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, confluence).Good to have knowledge on emerging skills such as AI assisted tools.Prior experience working with CMS or testing complex healthcare systems.EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Relevant certifications in test automation, Agile methodologies, or API testing are a plus.WHAT WE OFFER: At Sparksoft, we know that people do their best work when they feel supported, inspired, and connected.
