Schedule/Hours:

• Day Shift: 12 hours
• Every other weekend required

Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Stroke/Neuro care (required)
• Preferred: 3 years of relevant experience
• Current RN license
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (must be presented at time of submittal)
• Passing EKG test required
• Strong adaptability; first to float to similar units as needed

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Medical-Surgical Telemetry patients with a focus on stroke and neuro cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-in-class patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Demonstrate flexibility in floating to related units as patient census requires
• Participate in ongoing training during a robust 24–32 hour orientation
