Digital Marketing & Media Specialist
Location: On-Site/Hybrid
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
HireFrontier is hiring a Digital Marketing & Media Specialist to grow our online visibility, strengthen employer branding, and drive candidate/client engagement through data-driven digital campaigns.
Responsibilities
● Build and optimize digital campaigns promoting staffing services and openings
● Create and manage content for the website, job boards, social media, email, and blogs
● Partner with recruiters to promote openings and success stories
● Track performance with analytics tools and translate into action items
● Keep content aligned with brand and messaging standards
● Research trends and competitor strategy to improve performance
● Support employer branding initiatives
● Manage content planning, scheduling, and digital asset organization
Preferred
● Adobe Creative Suite or Canva proficiency
● SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads knowledge
● ATS/CRM familiarity
● Marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, etc.)
Qualifications
● Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, PR, or related field
● Proven digital marketing/media experience, ideally in staffing or professional services
● Strong knowledge of social platforms, CMS, and analytics tools
● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
● Comfortable managing multiple projects cross-functionally
● Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving
