Work Locations & Areas We Serve

We connect caregivers with clients near their preferred service areas , helping keep commutes short and schedules convenient. We aim to match caregivers with opportunities that are typically within a 15–20 minute commute whenever possible.

We are currently hiring Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs for immediate openings throughout Central Los Angeles:

• Mid-Wilshire & Beverly Grove — ZIP Codes 90036, 90048

• Koreatown & Wilshire Center — ZIP Codes 90005, 90010, 90020

• Hancock Park & Larchmont Village — ZIP Code 90004

Your Role as a Caregiver

As a SYNERGY HomeCare caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate non-medical home care that helps clients maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and meaningful social engagement

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Providing medication reminders

• Building respectful and professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers

• Providing reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering scheduled shifts

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience required

• Must be at least 18 years old

• California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to register

• Current TB clearance

• Current CPR & First Aid certification

• Successful completion of a required background check
