HR Generalist

About The Role The role drives the operational execution of people programs, employee relations, and talent processes across a growing organization. The person in this role will partner closely with engineering and product leadership to scale teams, manage compensation frameworks, and maintain a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS data integrity using Rippling or Workday Partner with department leaders to resolve employee relations issues, performance management cases, and compensation reviews Execute talent acquisition initiatives, including sourcing, initial screening, and coordinating interview loops through Greenhouse Design and implement compliance policies across multi-state employment laws, payroll coordination, and labor regulations Analyze people metrics around retention, headcount growth, and engagement surveys to recommend data-driven improvements Facilitate employee engagement programs, learning and development workshops, and internal communication rhythms What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or People Operations Specialist within a high-growth technology environment Demonstrated expertise in US employment law, benefits administration, and HR compliance frameworks Hands-on experience administering modern HR tech stacks including Greenhouse, Workday, Rippling, and Slack Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred Bonus: Experience designing compensation bands for technical roles and scaling remote teams internationally #J-18808-Ljbffr
