Disability Benefits Advocate for Mental Health
Urban Justice Center
Urban Justice Center in New York, NY seeks a Benefits Advocate for the Mental Health Project to assist adults with mental health concerns in securing public benefits and navigating SSA/SSI processes. You will work on housing stability, income supports, and healthcare access on an interdisciplinary team. Hybrid schedule with in-office Wednesdays for client walk-ins and a monthly Open Mic Night. Must have a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent and 3–4 years of relevant experience; SOAR experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Urban Justice Center
