Project Manager (MEP) Location: On site in Hutto, TX Our client is expanding its mission critical construction portfolio and is looking for a Project Manager to help lead the delivery of high impact data center projects. This is an opportunity to step into a visible role where you will influence major builds, work alongside experienced construction leaders, and help drive projects that demand strong coordination, technical depth, and disciplined execution. This Role Offers Opportunity to manage critical MEP scope on large scale data center construction projects Strong exposure to preconstruction, execution, project controls, and closeout activities High visibility role with meaningful collaboration across field leadership, subcontractors, design teams, and ownership groups Chance to make a direct impact on cost performance, schedule attainment, and overall project success Focus Lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope execution for complex mission critical construction projects from planning through final turnover Manage budgets, forecasting, scheduling, procurement coordination, and change order activity to support successful project outcomes Partner with superintendents, design professionals, and trade partners to resolve constructability, code, quality, and coordination issues Support subcontract administration, buyout activities, permitting needs, inspections, and project documentation Track project milestones, cost performance, risk items, and owner deliverables throughout the construction lifecycle Help maintain strong standards for safety, quality, and client communication across the jobsite Contribute to closeout activities, including final documentation, turnover packages, and completion milestones Skill Set Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Minimum 4 years of project management experience in data center construction Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and change order management Working knowledge of building codes, project controls, and documentation practices Valid driver's license and good driving record Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to work effectively across owners, consultants, field teams, and subcontractors Proven ability to stay organized and make sound decisions in complex construction environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
