Case Management Registered NurseLocation: Eureka, CaliforniaAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours (08:00 - 16:30). Required to work every other weekend.Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Case Management Registered Nurse with acute care experience to join our team. This role involves providing essential case management services, including discharge planning, care coordination, and patient advocacy.
