Essential Job Duties This is an in-office position in Manhattan where you will partner with hiring managers to manage hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies & ideas for recruitment, identify & attract talent, & select candidates. Headhunting is a must! We are looking for top tier talent Source and Outreach Build active candidate pipelines using cold calls, emails, networking, and job boards. Evaluate candidates to check their communication skills, drive, and past sales performance. Ensure a frictionless candidate experience across a maximum of three interviews. Deliver a fast, transparent, and candidate-centric experience at every stage - from first outreach to through offer acceptance and onboarding. Send prompt acknowledgement and status updates to all candidates at key milestones; no candidate is left without a response. You will serve as a true talent advisor, bringing market intelligence, sharp candidate assessment and a proven ability to close in a fast-moving, scarce-talent environment Ensure Workday compliance is met Maintain current knowledge of necessary and applicable laws, regulations and trends in recruitment. Help support the college recruitment process by developing & maintaining relationships with community organizations, colleges and universities, alumni organizations, industry organizations, & employment agency contacts to help identify and source qualified talent. Attend career fairs. Competencies Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment with limited resources Excellent communication and influencing skills Can work under pressure Ability to work on own without a lot of guidance Creative in the recruiting process Experience 3+ years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience. Sales recruiting experience is a must. Experience with multi-site locations a plus Education Bachelor’s degree preferred Software Requirements Very apt on Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software.
