Location West Region (WA, OR, ID, NV, MT, AK) *must reside in one of these states Salary - $125-140K base plus bonus

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Strong sales background with at least 3 years of experience in account management, field sales, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and thrive under pressure.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the West Coast region.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with technical or industrial products.
• Knowledge of industry trade associations and participation in trade shows.
• Additional language skills relevant to regional markets.
• An MBA or advanced marketing/business degree.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of relevant sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with sales metrics, reporting, and strategic market analysis.

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to transport samples as needed.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the West Coast.
