Regional Sales Manager

Position Overview: Arrive is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager to join our Commercial Parking team. While this is a fully remote role, the candidate must reside in a state within the Midwest territory. What You’ll Do Prospect new business opportunities through proactive outreach, and present appropriate solutions to prospects. Facilitate monthly, quarterly and annual meetings to solicit feedback to ensure ParkMobile is serving the evolving needs of our private operator accounts. Meet regularly with private operator accounts/prospects to present our product features and functionality. Use customer relationship management tools daily to plan meetings, record activity and develop a list of prospects. Participate and coordinate drafting of operator requests for proposals or bids in collaboration with the other departments. Participate in all business development activities (trade shows, conferences, on-site travel to regions and markets, contracting/legal, etc.). All other duties as deemed appropriate. Who You Are 2+ years of technology solutions sales experience; experience selling smart city technologies is preferred. At least 3 years of parking industry experience; successful track record of exceeding annual quota; experience working with private operators in the parking industry is preferred. Willingness to travel 50%+ depending on business needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Proficient with Google Workspace, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, and similar tools. Highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic relationship seller.
