Warranty Administrator Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven Warranty Administrator. The Warranty Administrator prepare an process warranty claims through our software system. Prepare, record and reconcile warranty claims and submit claims to the factory and distributors. Verify criteria required by the factory for proper claim submittal. Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid and/or rejected claims. Maintain positive working relations with factory warranty reps. This position is a liason between our customer and the Manufacturer and requires attention to detail and a great customer service attitude.. Job Responsibilities Attention to customer service Great communication skills Attention to detail Ability to follow directions and established processes It would be helpful if you have experience in the RV and/or vehicle industry, but is not required Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Compensation The Warranty Clerk position is an hourly rate with monthly commission and annual bonus for qualifying employees. Pay range estimated from $50,000 to $85,000 (including commissions and bonus.)
