Creative Director

Balance of Nature is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the company’s public-facing brand and oversee advertising and creative execution. Based at the corporate headquarters in Saint George, UT (onsite), this role brings marketing channels together under a single creative vision while improving how campaigns are produced, approved, and delivered across multiple media. Role overview The Creative Director will own end-to-end creative strategy and campaign leadership, translating business objectives and performance metrics into high-performing concepts. Alongside executive leadership and marketing managers, you will guide creative work from initial briefing through production, editing, and final launch, while building internal workflows that support speed, quality, and brand consistency. Responsibilities Direct overall creative strategy across TV, digital ads, video, web, social, retail, and print collateral . Lead, mentor, and build a multidisciplinary creative team including designers, writers, video producers, and brand specialists. Translate marketing goals and campaign performance metrics into creative concepts that drive results. Oversee major creative campaigns from briefing and concept through production, editing, and launch . Build internal workflows to improve production efficiency , reduce turnaround times , and maintain brand consistency . Partner directly with executive leadership and marketing managers to ensure creative aligns with core business goals. Review campaign performance data to refine creative direction and improve response rates across active channels. Requirements 10+ years of professional creative experience in advertising, brand marketing, or creative production. 5+ years leading multidisciplinary creative teams in a senior leadership role (Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, or Group Creative Director). Portfolio demonstrating high-quality, large-scale campaigns across advertising, video, digital platforms, and print. Proven ability to take campaigns from initial strategy through full production and launch . Experience working directly with executive management and senior marketing stakeholders . Ability to work full-time on-site at corporate headquarters in St. George, Utah . Background with a nationally recognized consumer brand or a major advertising agency . Experience in direct-response advertising , performance marketing , or video-heavy media environments. Experience within consumer packaged goods, health and wellness, e-commerce, or retail . Track record managing both in-house creative staff and external agency partners or production companies. Use of consumer research , audience testing , and performance metrics to guide creative decisions. Bachelor’s degree in design, advertising, marketing, communications, film, or a related field .
