This is a full-time, all-commission role with training pay provided. No prior roofing experience is necessary, and we prioritize your demonstrated sales expertise from any industry. What You'll Do Meet with warm leads through in-person consultations, finalizing agreements that safeguard homes. Perform video roof inspections (including climbing ladders and accessing attics). Implement effective follow-up strategies to foster relationships and secure sales. Work collaboratively to achieve and surpass team goals, exchanging insights and approaches.
