IT Consultant

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated IT Consultant to join their dynamic team. As an IT Consultant, you will be an integral part of the Operations Support Department, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize enterprise resource planning systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, ensuring success within a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Pay Range: $55

What's the Job?

• Serve as a core Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle E1 manufacturing functions including Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver.
• Partner with site leads to ensure successful E1 system rollout and implementation.
• Support solution design, fit-to-standard sessions, and ensure local requirements are captured and aligned with global templates.
• Assist with testing preparations, including infrastructure setup, scenario definition, and test execution with super-users.
• Support data readiness activities such as data extraction, cleansing, and validation at local levels.

What's Needed?

• A minimum of 3 years experience working with E1 Oracle in support, consulting, or implementation roles.
• Expertise in operations functions of Oracle E1 ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of the relationship between operations, commercial, and financial functionalities within E1.
• Experience with testing, data management, and change management activities.
• Ability to work onsite in Stafford, CT, with a flexible and collaborative approach.
